AddMyBuddies will make every best effort possible to resolve any issues that may arise with Buddy Adder Pro.  Almost all support questions that come up are addressed in the System Requirements page or the Help and FAQ page.  Please read both of these pages thoroughly if questions or issues arise, as mentioned almost all questions that come up are addressed in these pages.  If you still have a question or support need, please use our Contact Us page.

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard.  If your support request is sent outside of our support hours, the request will be processed the next day.
